Your Calls, Always Answered—Without Extra Headcount

What happens after you subscribe?

  • You get your dedicated phone number (does not replace old number).
  • You get login credentials to your leads dashboard. From there you can:
  • Route unanswered calls to the assistant—or let it answer after hours automatically.
  • Collect lead info and get it sent to your email automatically.

We will activate your AI-enabled phone number within 24 h.

Your card will only be charged after the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Missed calls ≈ missed revenue. On average, local service shops miss 27 % of first-time callers during busy periods.
  • One job pays for the month. A single windshield replacement typically nets $250–300—covering our monthly fee. Everything after is profit.

  • We license the same voice tech used by Fortune 500 support centers.
  • The assistant is a fall-back when no-one picks up the phone (outside of working hours, busy on a job etc.). This prevents the lead from going to the next shop.

  • Rule-based guardrails. You set up “hard rules” the assistant must follow—no ad-libbing.
  • Pricing / warranty replies pull directly from your own FAQ entries; nothing is hallucinated.
  • Full call transcript emailed after every interaction for easy spot-checks.

  • Guided setup wizard <5 minutes: choose routing, set rules, paste FAQ.
  • One-on-one human support to guide you through the initial setup and resolve any questions you might have.
  • No porting required. We will forward calls to your existing number.

  • The bot only answers if you don't respond, otherwise you still have the option to pick up.
  • The assistant introduces itself as your shop—not a generic call-center.

  • Set a ring-timeout (e.g. 4 rings). Only unanswered calls pass to the assistant.
  • After-hours schedule automatically kicks in based on your shop hours.

  • Flat $199/mo covers 300 minutes & transcripts each month. That's ~5 calls/day (avg. call being 2min).
